PROJECT 28
A Free Thalassaemia Screening Test among sixty underprivileged male & female youths followed by Thalassaemia Awareness Camp organized by Aarjava Welfare Society at Seva Bharti Mahavidyalaya at Kapgari in Jamboni Block of Jhargram district West Bengal on 25th March 2023 where the lecturer as well as the member of Aarjava Dr. Debmalya Bhattacharyya, Hemato Oncologist, Kolkata discuss the prevention measures of the disease. Among other eminent guests the principal of the college and Sri Sabyasachi Chakrabarty, Hon’ble President of Aarjava & Sri Chiranjib Goswami, Secretary of the Society was present in the camp.
PROJECT 27
Like yesteryear this year a Thalassemia Awareness Camp organised by the society where the speaker was Dr. Debmalya Bhattacharyya, Hemato-Oncologist, Kolkata followed by new blankets / winter garments distribution program near premises of Jamghutu Primary School area in at Bagmundi block of Ajodhya hill top in Purulia district, West Bengal on 4rth December 2022. Family-wise 150 blankets handed over among poorest of poor tribal of Jamghutu & Jilingtar village including few beggars of the the members from the Society.
